PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DEVELOPMENT OF DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIOR IN ADOLESCENTS AND PSYCHOPROPHYLACTIC APPROACHES

Objective: This article examines the psychological factors influencing the development of destructive behavior in adolescents and explores psychoprophylactic approaches aimed at preventing such behavior. Method: The study analyzes various manifestations of destructive behavior, including aggression, impulsivity, conflict-proneness, noncompliance with social norms, and self-destructive tendencies. Results: Emotional instability, identity-related difficulties, family conflicts, peer pressure, and adverse social environments are among the major factors contributing to the emergence of destructive behavioral patterns. The findings highlight the necessity of early identification of psychological risk factors and the implementation of comprehensive preventive programs. Novelty: Particular attention is paid to psychoprophylactic interventions designed to strengthen adolescents’ psychological well-being, improve emotional intelligence, enhance stress resilience, and develop constructive behavioral skills. The article emphasizes the importance of cooperation among families, educational institutions, and psychological services in preventing and reducing destructive behaviors.
